Hardware dispatch

Once we receive confirmation that your order is placed and we have a definite date on which your broadband will be enabled, we will dispatch your hardware.

The hardware is sent out via Royal Mail and you should receive it 2-3 days before your broadband is due to be activated.

You will be required to sign for the hardware on delivery. If you are not available when the attempted delivery takes place, a card will be left with contact details. You will be able to arrange another delivery or arrange to pick up your hardware from an appropriate location.

If you have ordered additional microfilters, these microfilters will be sent out separate to the broadband router which you have ordered.
