Changing broadband packages
If you would like to change your broadband package to one with a different usage allowance or speed it's quite simple:
- Please locate the page dedicated to the service you wish to upgrade to on our website, http://www.madasafish.com.
- Click on the Sign Up Now button.
- Enter the phone number on which we provide your current broadband service. You will be shown the fastest speed that your line will support and which packages are available to you.
- Complete the signup to your chosen package.
When you upgrade your subscription package we will automatically set your billing to the new package cost and credit your account with any remaining amount from your old package. If you have already claimed your domain name, it will get upgraded with your account and your email address will remain the same.
