Important information - closure notice of Madasafish broadband and home phone from the 11th January 2016

Please note if you have an email only service from Madasafish this WILL NOT be affected by the closure.

As you may know, Madasafish was bought by Plusnet back in 2007. Over the last eight years you've benefited from our award winning customer service and now we also want to make sure you're getting the best value for money and access to our latest products and packages. That's why we've made the decision to close Madasafish and give you, our valued customers, an easy no hassle option to transfer your service to Plusnet.

What happens next?

  • If you have Madasafish home phone and or broadband, please call us on 0800 731 7508 to talk through what's on offer, and start your move to Plusnet today.
  • We strongly recommend you contact us as soon as possible, as from the 11th January 2016 you will no longer be able to use your Madasafish service.
  • As part of our closure plans for Madasafish, on 13/11/2015 all customer contracts will be assigned to Plusnet Plc. Your personal data will transfer to Plusnet Plc for the continued provision of your service and will be processed for the same or similar purposes. Plusnet Plc is a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 03279013) and its registered office is at The Balance, 2 Pinfold Street, Sheffield S1 2GU.
