Updating your contact details

It is important that you keep the contact details that we hold for you up to date. If your details have changed, you can update them yourself through My Account.

1. Please go to our homepage, http://www.madasafish.com , and click on My Account.
2. Enter your username and password and click Sign in.
3. Once you are in the secure area, please click on the My details tab.
4. Scroll down to the Contact details section and click Update.

Please note that broadband customers who are moving to a new location or changing their telephone number will need to visit the Moving home section in My Account.
