Setting up Call Divert on incoming calls
Divert incoming calls to a UK landline, UK mobile or most international numbers. You will hear an intermittent dial tone when Call Divert is active. The diverted part of the call will be charged at a standard rate depending on the Talk plan selected as outlined on our website.
Call Divert gives you the option to:
1) Divert all calls to a specific number
2) Divert all calls to a specific number only when the line is engaged
3) Divert all unanswered calls to a specific number
1) How to divert all calls to a specific number
- To divert all calls press * 2 1 * followed by the phone number to be diverted to (incl. country code) #
- To check if Call Divert is active press * # 2 1 #
- To turn off Call Divert press # 2 1 #
2) How to divert all calls to a specific number only when the line is engaged
- To divert all calls when your line is engaged press * 6 7 * followed by the phone number to be diverted to (incl. country code) #
- To check if Call Divert is active press * # 6 7 #
- To turn off Call Divert press # 6 7 #
3) How to divert all unanswered calls to a specific number
- To divert all unanswered calls press * 6 1 * followed by the phone number to be diverted to (incl. country code) #
- To check if Call Divert is active press * # 6 1 #
- To turn off Call Divert press # 6 1 #
This Optional Feature can be added or removed at any time through My Account.
