When we receive an order where the postcode doesn't match the BT records for that telephone number the order will get rejected by BT due to a Postcode Mismatch.
If the postcode you supplied us is correct, please call BT on 150 and request that they update their postal records for you. Until this is done, we cannot proceed with your Broadband order, due to the fact that BT will continue to reject the order until all records on your account match. Once BT has updated their records, please contact us so that we can resubmit your Broadband order.
If you have accidentally submitted an incorrect postcode please contact us with confirmation of the correct postcode as soon as possible, so that we can resubmit your order to BT with the correct details.
