Unable to browse - Firefox for Mac

If you are unable to browse with Mozilla Firefox follow the steps below.

Click on Firefox and select Preferences.

Click on Privacy

In the History sub tab click on Settings.

Click on Clear Private Data Now, make sure the options below are selected.

  • Browsing History is ticked
  • Saved Form Information is ticked and greyed out
  • Saved passwords is NOT ticked and greyed out
  • Download History is ticked and greyed out
  • Cookies is ticked
  • Cache is ticked
  • Authenticated Sessions is ticked
  • Ask me before clearing private data is ticked

Now close Mozilla Firefox and reopen the browser.
