Additional mailboxes

Additional mailboxes are used in conjunction with your domain name.

You can create additional mailboxes that have a specific name before the at sign (@) followed by your domain name. E.g.

These additional mailboxes have their own password and can be accessed either through Webmail from the Madasafish homepage or using an email programme, such as Outlook Express.

Alternatively you can choose to set up mailbox forwarding. Any email sent to can be automatically forwarded to another email address of your choice.

Any other emails sent to your domain name will continue to be sent to your main Madasafish mailbox.

The first 2 additional mailboxes are free of charge. Further mailboxes are available to buy in blocks of 5.

You will need to follow instructions below in order to set up your additional mailboxes

  1. Please go to our homepage,, and click on My Account.
  2. Enter your username and password and click Sign in.
  3. Once you are in the secure area, please click on the blue Internet tab and locate the Additional Mailboxes section from this area. Click on the blue text that says Manage your additional mailboxes and you'll be guided to the Mailbox admin area where you are able to set up your additional mailboxes or mailbox forwarding.

In the future you can use the Additional Mailboxes administration area to change your mailboxes, reset passwords for your additional mailboxes, or purchase more mailboxes.
