Mail and text filters

To create rules on incoming messages for filtering and sorting purposes, please click on the Settings option in the dark blue menu bar and click on the option Mail/Text filter when the screen refreshes.

Filter mail by Subject

Should you wish to filter out emails based on keywords that appear in the subject line, please select Subject from the first drop down menu, put the keyword in the contains field and then select the action you wish to have performed on the incoming message in the final drop down field. Once you have completed your new rule click Add filter and it will appear at the bottom of the screen under the Rules heading.

Filter mail by From

Should you wish to filter out emails based on who sent them to you, please select From in the first drop down menu, enter the email address in the contains field and then select the action you wish to have performed on the incoming message in the final drop down field. Once you have completed your new rule click Add filter and it will appear at the bottom of the screen under the Rules heading.

Filter mail by To

Should you wish to filter out emails based on who the email was sent to, please select To in the first drop down menu, enter the email address in the contains field and then select the action you wish to have performed on the incoming message in the final drop down field. Once you have completed your new rule click Add filter and it will appear at the bottom of the screen under the Rules heading.

Sending a Text

One of the actions available in the action drop down menu is Sending me a Text which is the ability to have 160 characters from an email sent to you via SMS text. To select the mobile number you wish for the text to be sent: Go to My Account and under the heading Email to text you can change your mobile number as well as purchase more text credits.
