Monitoring usage

You can check your Broadband usage at any time by following these instructions:

  1. Please go to our homepage,, and click on My Account.
  2. Enter your username and password and click Sign in.
  3. Once you are in the secure area, please click on the Internet tab. Look for the text Broadband usage, directly beneath it you'll have your usage for the last month. Click on the text View your Broadband usage history to view your total bandwidth usage for the last five months. Click on the bandwidth for any given month to have a daily breakdown of your upload/download ratio.

We will send you an email if it appears that you are approaching the usage allowance for your package and a further email will be sent after each GB exceeded beyond that point.

If you're always going over the inclusive usage amount it may be time to upgrade your account to either MAX Plus which has 20GB of usage included or MAX Premier which has 50GB of usage included.
