Cancelling your Talk contract
To cancel your Talk contract please call our Customer Options Team on 0845 140 6002. Lines are open every weekday (except Bank Holidays) between 9.00am-5.30pm. After a quick security check one of our agents will be happy to process your request.
Please remember that as part of the service we require no less than 10 days notice to cancel your service, thus if you are planning to cancel we recommend that you do so on or around an invoice date to maximise your paid through time.
Note: we can't reply to cancellation requests made by Ticket. Please contact our Customer Options team on the telephone number above who will be able to deal with your query.
