You have the ability to use our Optional Calling Features as much as you like for a monthly flat rate. However if you wish to use an optional calling feature just once or twice a month then it may be less expensive for you to use them on a single use basis.

New line installation and all features used on a single use basis will appear on your next invoice.

Below is a list of all single usage costs that you will incur when using these services independent of a monthly subscription:

• Call return using 1471: 7.5p per call in addition to the standard rate
• Reminder Call: 20p
• Ring Back: 15p
• Conference or 3-Way call: 50p
• SMS to UK Landline: 10p
• SMS to UK Mobile: 10p
• Operator Assisted Call Connection: £3.50
• New line installation: £115

All rates include VAT. A minimum call charge of 5p applies for all chargeable calls.
