Adding credit to your Talk account
The Credit Limit is assigned to protect you from fraud and highly excessive expenditure and is applicable to chargeable calls only. Line rental and broadband charges do not count towards your credit limit.
Upon reaching 80% and 95% of your total available credit we will send you notification by email. We may suspend your talk service should you reach 100% of your total available credit.
To avoid this we suggest that you keep a regular check on your phone usage, topping up your credit whenever you need to. You can top up for a minimum amount of £5 and maximum of £100.
- To make a payment and add credit to your account visit the Talk section in My Account and click on Make Payment.
- On the Credit Payment page you need to enter the top up amount between £5 and £100
- Click on Submit and follow the instructions on the next page to add credit to your account
- The default credit limit is £50 unless otherwise arranged. To request a permanent increase in your Credit Limit please raise a Ticket via Contact Us to our Customer Care Team or call 0844 395 0830 between 8am and 8pm excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day. Please note calls are charged at 4p per minute at all times (excludes mobiles).
