How to use Call Waiting
If you're on the phone Call Waiting will alert you with a beep every 10 seconds when someone else is trying to get through. You are then able to switch between the two calls if you wish. Please note that you must have a Recall (R) Button on your phone in order to take advantage of this feature.
How to set up Call Waiting
- To switch on the Call Waiting option press * 4 3 #
- To take or switch between calls press R
- To switch off the Call Waiting option press # 4 3 #
- To check if Call Waiting is active press * # 4 3 #
- To turn off Call Waiting press # 4 3 #
How to use Call Waiting
- To end your current call and pick up the call waiting press R (dial tone) 1
- To put your current call on hold and take the call waiting press R (dial tone) 2
- To alternate between two callers R (dial tone) 2
- To end the call of the person you are speaking to simply hang up
You can add Call Waiting as an Optional Feature at any time through My Account.
