Madasafish Pay As You Go allows you to access the Internet with no contract and no monthly fee. You just pay a local-rate call charge for the time you spend online - as low as 1p per minute. It is the ideal option for the light or occasional Internet user.
- What will I need in order to register for Madasafish Pay As You Go?

You will need:
- A standard BT phone line that you can use to connect to the Internet
- A computer
- A standard analogue modem/ISDN terminal adapter
- How do I sign up for Madasafish Pay As You Go?

Click here and click on the Sign up now button. Enter your contact details, and then simply connect to the Madasafish service.
- How soon after I've signed up can I use the service?

You can start using Madasafish Pay As You Go as soon as you've completed the sign up process. You will be given a small programme at the end of the signup process that will set up your computer to be able to access the service. Alternatively, you may manually configure your settings. You will also receive a confirmation email after your registration, confirming all your connection details.
- Do you support ISDN?

Yes, you can connect to the Pay As You Go service using single channel ISDN (64K).
- Can I collect my mail from another ISP account?

Yes. With our Webmail you do not need to change your existing Internet access connection. Simply type in https://webmail.madasafish.com/ in a normal web browser and login to our Webmail service to send and receive. Also, you continue to use your Outlook / Outlook Express to send and receive email at your new domain name.
- What will my email addresses be?

Your default email address will be username@madasafish.com. We will soon be able to host domains on new Pay As You Go account, this will allow you to have an email address of anything@your-domain.
- What will my website address be?

Your default web address will be www.username.madasafish.com. Soon we will be able to host domains on new Pay As You Go accounts, which will allow you to have the web address of www.your-domain.
- Can I use my Madasafish Pay As You Go account abroad?

Yes, however, you will need to upgrade your webmail facility in the My Account area.
- How do I cancel my Madasafish Pay As You Go account?

Please contact our Customer Service department on 0844 395 0830 to cancel your order. If you have a domain registered through us, we recommend you contact Nominet directly to advise them that you intend to surrender your domain. If you would like to transfer your domain to another service provider, please use the My Account function on the Madasafish homepage.
- What happens if I do not use my Pay As You Go account for a long time?

The Terms and Conditions for the Madasafish service specify that your account can be suspended if it is not used for a continuous period of 35 days. In order to reactivate your account, we will charge a £25 administration fee.

Windows - Outlook Express Versions 5 and 6.
Macintosh - Outlook Express Versions 5 and Apple Mail.
- Which operating system(s) do you support?

We support Windows 2000, XP or Vista and Mac OSX 10.1
