My Referrals Terms and Conditions

1. My Referral payments will only be awarded for referrals of customers who are new to Madasafish and sign up for either Broadband or Talk using a phone number not previously registered with Madasafish.

2. My Referrals payments will not be applied to your account until at least 90 days (for Broadband) or 28 days (for Talk) following the commencement of the referred customer's service and is subject to an approval process. Payments will be fulfilled by BACS transfer where possible or cheque payments. Cheques should be received via post within 21 days of your Referrals payment being accepted. Referred customers must use your unique referral code.

3. My Referrals payments will only be accepted if you have no outstanding fees due on your account. Downgrades to a free or subscription dial-up account prior to the referral being accepted will invalidate the payment.

4. Upon cancellation of service, for whatever reason, any My Referrals payments that have not been paid are no longer valid. This includes approved payments which have not yet been administered within a 21 day time period as set out in Condition 2.

5. My Referral payments will be fulfilled by BACS transfer or cheque; although from time to time we may agree an alternative means of payment.

6. All one-off payments include VAT.

7. A new customer can only have one referring customer benefiting from their order.

8. My Referrals cannot be used in conjunction with other offers during sign up.

9. A service notice will be appended to the referrer's account for every eligble one-off payment.

10. Madasafish reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend or terminate this program at any time without notice.

11. Referees during the month of March 2008 will receive a voucher for a free case of Virgin wine (worth £74.99) within 28 days of their referral's service going live. Please note that there is a £5.99 delivery charge made payable to Virgin Wines at the time of ordering the free case.
