Optional Calling Features
Add or amend your Optional Calling Features at any time in My Account. You can view all the Talk features you have subscribed for under Remove Call Features in My Account. The unsubscribed features are listed under Add Call Features.
To add new features to your phone service, simply select all the features you wish to add from the list of unsubscribed features and click on Submit. Similarly, to remove Talk features, select all the features you wish to remove and click on Submit. Please note that it could take up to 2 working days for your request to be processed. You will not be able to view your Talk features and add or delete a feature until your recent request has been processed.
Features
Voicemail Standard and 1471 are free with the Talk Free and Talk Anytime plans.
Voicemail Standard - FREE- Voicemail Standard will pick up when your line is engaged or not answered.
- Stores up to 10 messages and records messages up to 2 minutes long.
- Warns you when your message box is nearly full.
- Hear the number of the last person to call and when they rang.
Optional Calling Features
Personalise your phone service by adding Optional Calling Features. These features can be ordered at the time of sign up and can be added or amended at any time in My Account.
Voicemail Plus - £3.00 a month- Voicemail Plus allows you to truly personalise your message service and check your messages from anywhere in the world.
- It will pick up when your line is engaged or not answered.
- You can replace the standard message with your own personalised greeting.
- Stores up to 30 messages (each up to 5 minutes in duration).
- Access your messages remotely using a secure PIN.
- With a compatible handset or a caller display unit you'll be able to see the number of the person calling you before you pick up.
- With Reminder Call you can use your phone to set alarm and reminder calls.
- Alerts you with a "beep" when someone is trying to get through.
- Swap between calls, finish the original call or just ignore it.
- Dial '5' when you hear an engaged tone and you'll be called back as soon as the other person is available.
- Block calls from people who have withheld their number.
Call Features Bundling
You can add just one Call Feature, or create a bundle for a discount:
- 2 for £3.00 - save up to £2
- 3 for £4.50 - save up to £3
- 4 for £6.00 - save up to £4
- 5 for £7.50 - save £3.49
