How to set up a conference call
This option can be added or removed in My Account at any time. The numbers dialled for a conference call are charged at a standard rate as outlined on our website. Please note that you must have a Recall (R) button on your phone in order to take advantage of this feature.
How to set up a Conference Call
- To set up the first call, dial the first number and press * R
- Wait for a dial tone and then dial the second number followed by * R 3 to have everyone in the same call
- To return to the original call if the second person doesn't answer or if their line is engaged press R R
- To switch between callers press R, wait for the dial tone and then press 2
- To end the first call without disconnecting the second one press R, wait for the dial tone and press 5
- To end the second call without disconnecting the first press R, wait for the dial tone and press 7
- To end both calls just hang up
Monthly subscriptions for unlimited conference calls can be purchased in My Account.
